NATRPM has an outstanding Government Relations Committee (GRC). This very active and effective committee represents the interests of the private sector – specifically focusing on tax information reporting and withholding, payroll and HR matters – to the appropriate Federal and State government representatives. The GRC also plays an important role in educating its members as to new concerns and requirements of the agencies through monthly conference calls and annual symposiums.

Our monthly conference calls cover Washington, State and Local tax updates, hot news from the Social Security Administration on W-2s and the tracking of employer-related immigration matters, as well as key alerts on 1099 and 1042 reporting and related withholding matters.
